What we charge

To companies

Curated charges the companies that it represents a capital raising fee, whereby Curated earns a percentage of the total amount raised. This fee varies depending on the size of the transaction and is charged to the company.

Curated also charges a service fee to the companies that it represents, whether or not through the Scale Builder program.

To investors

Curated doesn't charge a fee to investors to access the platform, access due diligence materials or enter a transaction.

Should an investor wish to enter into a Curated SPV (special purpose vehicle), either individually or with other investors, a fee may be payable and this will depend on the type of vehicle and the details of the transaction.
